One of my interests for many years has been photography both for keeping family pictures and just for the fun of it. The only course I've taken was a fine arts course as part of my degree back in the 1970s. After going through 2 SLR 35mm cameras which I still have I switched to digital a few years ago and use that exclusively now. Most of the photos here are recent taken with a Canon G3. Some older photos were scanned from slides taken with a Canon AE1. You can probably see the difference as the digital quality is clearly better.

In October 2007 I became a Canon G9 photographer and then in June 2008 bought a Canon XSi (450D) with the EFS 18-55mm IS and 55-250mm IS lens. I have been posting some of these results on Flickr, Yahoo!'s photo web site.
